To this end we have launched a customized end-to-end processing system, RUBI (Revolutionary Universal Business Innovator). RUBI is an integrated lender underwriting and servicing platform that benefits both the origination community and the mortgage borrower alike.

The rollout of RUBI was completed in January of 2011. Using the latest technology and offering significant gains in efficiency, the key differentiating factor of RUBI is that it was developed and created by people with industry experience and a vision for business needs.

Paradigm is committed to bringing innovation to the market. RUBI delivered preapproval turnarounds that were automated and instant. Our system provides vast amounts of data, allowing us to measure and track deals, and make improvements where necessary.  RUBI also allowed for more optimized and timely investor reporting and scalability, enabling Paradigm to add new asset investors and origination partners.

The implementation of RUBI has resulted in a more consistent level of service to our brand and mortgage broker partners, as evidenced by their feedback.  Paradigm is now in an exclusive position to relicense RUBI in Canada, expand asset classes and utilize the platform anywhere in the world, thus providing a whole new world of opportunity for expansion.
