What is a BPO?
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the delegation of an organization’s repeated non-core and core business processes to an outside provider who becomes responsible for performing and managing the outsourced function or process. BPO is often divided into two categories: back office outsourcing which includes internal business functions and front office outsourcing which includes customer-related services such as marketing or tech support. Paradigm is distinctive in that it offers both categories of outsourcing at an unparalleled level.
It is Paradigm’s view that effective BPO arrangements typically involve much more than just changing who is responsible for performing the process, but rather involves ongoing improvement and cost effectiveness to the manner in which the process has traditionally been performed.
